Andouille

Andouille is a coarse ground, pure pork, smoked sausage that is seasoned with The Best Stop Original Seasoning and stuffed in a natural beef casing. 

The sausage is larger than traditional sausage and is used in Cajun or Creole gumbo, beans, jambalaya and many other Cajun recipes.
